This Privacy Policy explains how Veliqo Technologies ("Veliqo", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the Veliqo mobile application (the "App") available on the Apple App Store. By using the App you agree to the practices described here.
1. Introduction
Veliqo is a mobile shopping application that offers a wide catalog of products with cash-on-delivery convenience. This policy applies to all users of the App and describes what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the App.

b. Order and transaction history
Records of orders you place, delivery status, items purchased, and communications about your orders.
c. Device and usage data (automatic)
Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, app version, language, time-zone, and general interaction data.
d. Advertising identifiers (IDFA)
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the App. AdMob may access your device's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) only after you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If you decline, ads may still be shown but will not be personalized based on IDFA.
e. Analytics data (Firebase Analytics)
We use Firebase Analytics to understand how the App is used. This includes app usage patterns, screen views, in-app events, device model, OS version, and approximate location derived from IP address.
f. Crash and diagnostic data (Firebase Crashlytics)
We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash logs, stack traces, and device state at the time of a crash to identify and fix stability issues.
3. How We Use Information

4. Advertising (AdMob)
Veliqo displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use the IDFA and other device signals to serve personalized ads only if you grant App Tracking Transparency permission. You can decline or change tracking at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. When tracking is declined, ads shown will be non-personalized (contextual) where technically possible.

5. Analytics & Crash Reporting (Firebase)

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers listed above to operate the App and fulfill orders, and where required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and property.
8. Data Retention
We retain account information for as long as your account is active. Order and transaction history is retained for the period required for legal, tax, warranty, and dispute-resolution purposes. Analytics and crash data are retained in accordance with Google's Firebase retention settings.
9. Children's Privacy
Veliqo is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Union). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App follows the age rating assigned in the Apple App Store. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

- Reset or limit ad tracking: Manage in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- Disable analytics: Where offered, opt-out controls appear in the App's settings.
11. Data Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures — including encrypted transport, access controls, and regular reviews — to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. International Users, GDPR & CCPA
