These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Veliqo mobile application ("App") provided by Veliqo Technologies ("Veliqo", "we", "our", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or otherwise using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Veliqo is a mobile marketplace app that offers products across categories including Electronics, Fashion, Beauty, Home & Kitchen, Health & Wellness, Toys & Games, Books, Sports & Outdoor, Automotive, Pet Supplies, Men's Fashion, Women's Fashion, and Shoes.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have verifiable parental or legal-guardian consent, to use the App. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and to keep it up to date.
4. Account Registration & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at mystore99support@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Orders & Pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including in the event of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues. Prices and offers may change without notice.
6. Payments
Veliqo supports pay-cash / cash-on-delivery and/or other payment methods as made available in the App. Any in-app purchases processed through Apple are subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service and billed via your Apple ID. Refunds for Apple-billed transactions must be requested from Apple.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors outside our control.
8. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Advertising
The App may display third-party advertisements served via Google AdMob. Veliqo is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party advertisers.
10. Prohibited Conduct
- Fraud, misrepresentation, or misuse of the App
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code
- Scraping, data mining, or automated access without permission
- Harassment, threats, or other abusive behavior
- Uploading malicious code or interfering with App operation
11. Intellectual Property
The Veliqo name, logo, App design, and content are owned by Veliqo Technologies and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
12. Third-Party Links & Services
The App uses services from Google Firebase, Google AdMob, and the Apple App Store, and may link to third-party sites. Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veliqo Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the App at any time.
16. Governing Law
